I am a Mental Health Provider committed to supporting individuals experiencing psychological distress, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, sleep problems, and emotional challenges. My approach is calm, compassionate, and person-centered. I aim to create a safe, confidential space where an individual feels genuinely heard, valued, and respected, fostering trust and openness. I practice under the clinical supervision of licensed psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists, adhering to strict ethical standards, evidence-based care, and the Do No Harm principle. Confidentiality and cultural sensitivity guide every aspect of my work with clients. My clinical approach integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Counseling. As a Mental Health Clinician at a Primary Mental Health Clinic, I conduct comprehensive assessments, clinical consultations, psychoeducation, and provide ongoing care for a diverse range of mental health conditions. I have completed over 100 hours of supervised clinical practice and structured professional supervision, working extensively with displaced and conflict-affected populations, persons with disabilities, and young people from diverse backgrounds.
